Pumpkin and Carrot Soup with Wild Orange Essential Oil

Essential New Life | Pumpkin and Carrot Soup with Wild Orange Essential Oil

I want to share today the recipe of one of my favorites soups that you can create very easy!

What you need?

1/2 pumpkin (medium)
2 large carrots
Fresh cilantro
1 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Wild Orange Essential Oil

How do you prepare it?

✿ Chop the onion and garlic cloves into very small squares and fry them until the onion is transparent with a little bit of olive oil.

✿ Meanwhile, in a large pot filled with water, place the squash and diced carrots. Add a bunch of fresh cilantro and bring to a boil over medium heat.

✿ Add the seasonings to the pot: salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

✿ When the onion is done, add it to the pot and simmer for about 1 hour or until the pumpkin and carrot are soft.

✿ Let it cool and add it to a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until you have a thick consistency.

✿ Serve the soup on the plate and add two drops of Wild Orange essential oil to the plate and stir.

✿ Add partisan cheese on top if desired.

This soup can be made with any variation you want, other seasonings, add chicken, potatoes or other vegetables.
